Ken Livingstone's TfL has written to residents threatening to take the Council to court to reduce the speed bump on Blythe Road. This would allow the bus to go down the originally planned route to the dismay of residents. 
The Council has responded by confirming that it has no intention of being bullied by the Mayor, and will keep the speed bump as it is.
